Meskipun berdampak baik bagi masyarakat, konektivitas dan aksesibilitas internet memiliki konsekuensi etis dan memberikan implikasi bagi hukum di Indonesia. Dampak eksibisionisme dan voyeurisme inilah yang kami rujuk dalam karya ini adalah eksibisionisme dan voyeurisme. Praktik ini dimediasi melalui sejumlah tempat komunikasi berbasis media baru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan fenomena eksibisionisme dan voyeurisme ini dari perspektif kerangka pemikiran psikoanalitik dan menguraikan bagaimana reifikasi pengguna menjadi logika tenaga kerja, dan menjelaskan bagaimana proses psikoanalitik konsumerisme terhubung dengan ketelanjangan dalam siaran langsung. Kami mengumpulkan informasi dengan mengawasi penggunaan aplikasi Live streaming (Bigo, Gogo-live, Tik Tok), baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui program YouTube. Studi ini sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa konsumerisme, atau voyeurisme, terjadi dalam program live chat streaming. Logika kapitalisme dan kapitalisasi di sektor Internet dan jaringan mendorong praktik eksibisionisme dan voyeurisme oleh pengguna aplikasi live streaming (labor). Dengan mengubah penonton atau konten menjadi komoditas, perlaku voyeur membuat berbagai komoditas. Selain itu, telanjang adalah semacam komoditas dari labor keras yang secara secara etiks memberikkan dampak seperti pornografi yang diatur dalam sistem hukum Indonesia.
